Register for Classes

Online registration opens August 10.

Below you will find the Seaside Dance Registration procedure available to complete online. Included in the packet are the Enrollment Form, Tuition Information Form, Payment Agreement, Credit Card Authorization, and Studio Policies and Covid-19 Waiver Form for the 2023-2024 dance year at Seaside Dance & Gymnastics Centre. 

Please take a moment to thoroughly review all the forms as there are new policies in place for the upcoming dance year.

Instructions for Online Registration

1. Miss Tara will be available by phone at the studio during the listed times to the right to answer questions about the class schedule. 

2. Please complete the registration forms in the online forms portal linked to the right of these instructions. Included in this packet are the: 

  • Enrollment Form
  • Studio Policy and Waiver Form

Upon completion these forms will be transmitted through the portal and processed.

3. Next, please complete the Payment Agreement and Credit Card Authorization. This form is a fillable PDF form. An electronic signature is REQUIRED on page one and two of the form. Incomplete or unsigned agreements do not constitute exemption from payments. To submit this form, please click the ‘Submit’ button located at the bottom of page two, it will automatically attach the completed form to an email addressed to info@seasidedance.com. When completing this form on a mobile device you can use the Adobe Reader app to complete the fillable fields and for the Submit button to be accessible. This form can also be printed out, completed with wet ink, then scan or take a photo, and email to info@seasidedance.com. **The Tuition Information form is linked to the right to accurately calculate your monthly tuition. You can contact Miss Tara at the studio during the times list to the right if you have questions on calculating your tuition payment. 

4. Pay your registration fee at the Seaside Store. Select single child or family registration from the store page and follow the checkout instructions. Please be sure to note in the Additional Notes text box on the checkout page, the name(s) of the student(s) you are making the registration payment for. You will receive a payment receipt from our online store.

5. Once your registration forms are processed, the payment agreement/credit card authorization are received, and payment is confirmed you will receive an email from Seaside Dance confirming your child(s) registration. Registration for classes will not be considered complete unless all forms are completely filled out and a credit card is on file.

6. Please review the Dress Code Form for Seaside Dance & Gymnastics Centre for our rules and regulations prior to attending class.start
