Pilates Mat Classes Being Formed Now

Seaside Dance & Gymnastics Centre is adding Pilates Mat Classes to its schedule. If you are interested, please take a look at the possible times listed below and contact us with your time preference.

Classes will be one hour long.

Monday: between 7am and 12Pm
Wednesday: after 7pm
Thursday: between 7am and 2pm or after 7pm
Friday: anytime
Saturday: after 1pm
Sunday: anytime
